疫情的出现，使得短片的拍摄制作者申佳鑫所在的保全街28号院，成了最先一批被封控的小区;由于楼栋里有确诊病例，她所在楼栋的居民都被要求足不出户，居家隔离。出于一个媒体人的职业敏感，从封控第一天起，她就开始拿起手机，记录身边发生的故事。
