The Zhengzhou-Luxembourg "Air Silk Road" Forum for International Cooperation is held at Wisdom Island, Longzi Lake, Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou, on Nov 16. It boasts the only national forum for the "Air Silk Road" in China and the highest-level forum organized by Henan Province.

The main forum and sub-forums are held though a combination of offline and online, the city Zhengzhou hosting opening ceremony and Beijing serving as a sub-venue of the main forum.
